1. What razacar Is

razacar is a structured carpooling platform connecting daily commuters in Karachi who share routes and timings.

razacar is not a ride-hailing service. We facilitate structured, recurring commute arrangements between verified users.

2. Who Can Use razacar

Passengers

  • Any commuter with a regular, recurring route in Karachi.
  • Must register with a valid email and route details.
  • Must agree to scheduled pickup times and locations.

Drivers

  • Must own a registered, roadworthy vehicle.
  • Must provide valid vehicle registration.
  • Must commit to a consistent schedule for matched routes.

3. Fare Determination

  • Distance-based calculation using the actual route between pickup and drop-off.
  • Fuel cost benchmarking based on current Karachi petrol prices.
  • Occupancy adjustment to distribute cost fairly among passengers.
  • Periodic review when fuel prices or route conditions change materially.

4. Payment Methods

  • Payments are made through the payment methods made available by razacar.
  • Passengers and drivers must use the approved payment flow provided by the platform.
  • Any settlement, transfer, or withdrawal related to platform earnings must follow razacar's payment and withdrawal rules.

5. Funds Withdrawal Facility

  • Eligible drivers may be granted access to a funds withdrawal facility through the platform.
  • Before making a withdrawal, the driver must accept the required declaration.
  • The declaration confirms that the withdrawn funds will be used solely for fuel expenses related to the driver's vehicle.
  • Additional terms related to withdrawal eligibility, limits, and processing may apply through the platform.

6. Matching & Scheduling

  • Matches are based on origin, destination area, and preferred departure time.
  • Both parties are notified with trip details and confirmed fare.
  • Schedules are set on a daily or weekly basis for consistency.
  • Changes to schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Be at the agreed pickup point on time.
  • Notify the driver promptly if unable to travel.
  • Maintain respectful conduct during the commute.
  • Do not share ride access or credentials with others.
  • Settle the confirmed fare in full using the agreed platform payment method.

8. Driver Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the pickup point within the agreed time window.
  • Notify passengers promptly in case of cancellation or delay.
  • Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
  • Do not accept unregistered passengers during a matched commute.
  • Accept only the confirmed fare with no additional charges permitted.

9. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance carry no penalty.
  • Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect matching priority or cause suspension.

10. Safety

  • All drivers on the platform are verified before being matched.
  • Passengers can report safety concerns directly through the platform.
  • razacar reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any user for conduct that compromises safety or experience.

11. Platform Conduct

The following activities are not allowed:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour.
  • Repeated no-shows without notice.
  • Providing false information during registration.
  • Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform.
  • Charging or paying amounts that deviate from the confirmed fare.

12. Limitation of Liability

razacar is a coordination and matching platform. We are not a transport operator, employer of drivers, or provider of transportation services.

Users assume responsibility for their participation in any commute arrangement made through razacar.
