Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 2026-06-08
razacar (com.divdash.razacar), developed and operated by DivDash, is committed to providing a safe platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for any content or conduct that endangers children or exploits minors in any way.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
razacar strictly and explicitly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any imagery, video, text, or other content that sexually exploits or depicts the sexual abuse of minors.
- Grooming — communicating with a minor in order to establish an inappropriate relationship or facilitate CSAE.
- Solicitation — requesting sexual content from a minor or attempting to engage a minor in sexual activity.
- Trafficking — facilitating, promoting, or enabling the trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation.
- Any other conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children in any way.
Any user found to be engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from razacar and reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Age Requirements
razacar is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the razacar app. We do not knowingly permit minors to use our platform. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account.
In-App Reporting Mechanism
razacar provides users with an in-app mechanism to report any content or behavior that violates our Child Safety Standards. Users can report inappropriate content or conduct directly within the app. All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, including removal of content, account suspension, and referral to law enforcement where required.
Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
If razacar becomes aware of any CSAM on our platform, we will:
- Immediately remove the content.
- Suspend the account responsible for uploading or sharing the material.
- Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and relevant local law enforcement authorities in Pakistan.
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
razacar complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 in Pakistan and internationally applicable standards for the protection of children online.
